Buildings and Grounds Projects for 2011

Landscaping around church
• Pull mulch away from church building and install brick border
• Rake all Lawns and fertilize (fertilizer in parsonage garage)
• Dress gardens with pansies and other plants and mulch
Inside Church
• Put up weather stripping on doors
• Caulk windows and around doors
• Replace water-heater in church or install a timer on current one
New Entrance sidewalks Ramps
• Level and replace pavers and move right-hand pad and bench to handicapped parking entrance.
• Install sod from one walkway to the other where pavers have been removed.
Playground
• Wipe Down all equipment with soap and Clorox
• Clean all leaves from around fence
• “Fluff-up” mulch, especially around equipment.
• Wipe down all toys in shed.
• Remove other marked tree in playground (will be complete shortly)
Driveway Garden (between driveway and playground)
• Weed
• Fluff up all mulch
• Raise bricks out of ground around bushes.
• Clean birdbath.
• Reposition border logs as needed
• Take down old fence along driveway
• Remove trees that line drive way and are in the power lines
Nursery School (outside)
• Rake and clean area between school and neighboring houses.
• Move dirt pile from in front of driveway.
• Clean area along driveway fence.
• Rake and mulch area along side school near driveway.
• Clean area behind dumpster.
• Rake back of church.
• Clean all exterior windows (see pastor)
• Build new shed behind nursery school (Jim Wolfer handling)
Downspout cleaning (with adult supervision)
• Clean all downspouts and flat roof areas.
• Clean all downspout out-flow areas and stabilize logs.
• Bury downspout runoffs around church away from building
